Want to try your hand at archery? Fancy yourself as the next Robin Hood or Katniss Everdeen? Quite a few of our members were inspired to try archery after seeing it in films and programmes on TV.
Riverside Archery Club offers a comprehensive six week course in archery. We have several coaches and, because we keep the beginners courses fairly small, we are usually able to offer one to one tuition.
Anyone from eight to 108 is welcome to come and try their hand. Before the course starts, our head coach will meet up with all the beginners to establish what equipment they need. Therefore, in the first week we get you shooting pretty quickly after a brief talk about safety aspects of archery.
