Riverside Archery Club is a very friendly club of junior and senior archers aged from 8yrs to 80+yrs, with a wide range of abilities.
We are based in the North-East of England at Thorp Academy, Ryton.
Our club sessions run every Wednesday evening and all day Sunday.
In the Winter we shoot indoors in the school sports hall and then move outdoors onto the school field for the Summer.
Visiting archers are welcome but must be a current member of Archery GB, must provide proof of this, and may only shoot with the permission of the field captain on the day. A guest fee will be payable for each session. If you want to visit us then please contact us beforehand as occasionally there are club events or other instances where shooting is not as usual.
We do accept associated members with approval from the Club Committee. Associate Members, also know as Second Claim Members, must be fully paid up members of their own club and Archery GB, and will be required to also pay the monthly Riverside Archery club subscription fee. If you are interested in becoming a Riverside Archery Associate Member then simply get in touch.
All Club members are required at all times to act responsibly and safely.
